WHAT IS ROYAL PHUKET MARINA?
Phuket's award winning state-of-the-art marina is the 'paradise' island's premier lifestyle destination. It is devoted to sailing, sports and leisure, with luxury residences and shopping facilities set amidst landscaped parks and gardens.

Each berth offers electricity and fresh water, broadband Internet, telephone lines and cable TV. At the fuel dock, boats are provided with diesel and unleaded petrol, as well as sewage removal.

For decades I devoted all my energy into building and expanding one of the world's largest digital cordless telephone companies. Success in this area allowed me the luxury of visiting the world's most exceptional hideaways and resorts. Yet, it was not until I first visited Phuket many years ago that I found the perfection I had sought for so long. After a few more visits, I came to realize that one of my great passions was lacking: My love of yachting. At that time, the prohibitive import duties on yachts, and the lack of a world class marina facility from which to enjoy it, made yachting an expensive and inconvenient indulgence. It was from that sense of purpose that the concept of the Royal Phuket Marina began to take seed.
I proceeded to handpick the finest team of specialists in each field of expertise to help me make my dream a reality. My team worked single-mindedly for several years to achieve this goal. We recently completed all the buildings in Phase 1 of our development, comprising over 60 condominiums, 100 yacht berths, and thousands of square meters of retail space. All of our Phase 1 properties have since been sold and occupied. That, to me, was the ultimate validation of my dream and of my team's tireless efforts.
We are now about to embark on the production of Phase 2 of the Marina. The second phase will showcase many new and World's-First architectural and design features. We have made an upfront, conscious decision to spare no expense and incorporate every feature and luxury available.
It is my vision to create the best yachting paradise, with year-round sailing. Royal Phuket Marina will be an entertainment, leisure and lifestyle hub on par with the best in the world. I believe Phuket has every reason to grow as a major magnet for celebrities, jetsetters and global yachties.
