CB Richard Ellis (Thailand ) Co., Ltd. has been appointed property managers of Royal Phuket Marina. As property managers, CB Richard Ellis (Thailand) Co., Ltd. will be responsible for managing all aspects of common area and shall be dedicating its resources to ensure that first class property services are delivered in a professional and transparent manner to all Co-owners of Royal Phuket Marina.
The services provided by CB Richard Ellis (Thailand) Co., Ltd. are comprehensive and will be overseen by a full time on-site General Property Manager, covering day to day operations of the development from maintenance to cleaning services for each individual condominium unit and villa. CB Richard Ellis (Thailand) Co., Ltd. will ensure that the investments made by each Co-Owner of the development are protected and enhanced with a strong emphasis on maximizing value.
