Well kept marina with some beautiful boats and yachts docked. I found it interesting that it is the 1st and only Carbon neutral marina in Asia.

Great Place to getaway. Enjoy the sea life in Phuket, Enjoy the boat charter. The community is so well maintained.

Positives

+ Very quiet and peaceful (if you choose your apartment carefully)
+ Only 14 units per building so not busy
+ Great pool and deck area in each apartment building
+ Much better value compared to west of Phuket apartments ranged from 70,000 ( $2000USD ) per month to $6000USD per month.
+ Large 2 bedroom apartment was 155sqm (1668 SQF)
+ Modern Gym

Negatives
- no beaches nearby
- feel somewhat isolated and a good 15+ minutes bike ride to a shopping centre
- to go to the nearest corner shop ( 7/11) it's 2.4 km round-trip as the driveway is 1 km long.
- there is no footpath to leave the complex so you have to walk on the narrow driveway and when a car comes you constantly have to walk off to the side of drive way.
-Like much of Thailand the surrounding areas are not walkable
- Compared to other parts of Thailand electricity is expensive
- properties are not very well designed and ventilated so it can be hotter inside than it is outside.
- many of the kitchens do not feature a dishwasher

Our island tour launched from here. Its clean and low traffic. We were on our way in no time and upon return were able to park n exit the boat easily.
