Negatives
- no beaches nearby
- feel somewhat isolated and a good 15+ minutes bike ride to a shopping centre
- to go to the nearest corner shop ( 7/11) it's 2.4 km round-trip as the driveway is 1 km long.
- there is no footpath to leave the complex so you have to walk on the narrow driveway and when a car comes you constantly have to walk off to the side of drive way.
-Like much of Thailand the surrounding areas are not walkable
- Compared to other parts of Thailand electricity is expensive
- properties are not very well designed and ventilated so it can be hotter inside than it is outside.
- many of the kitchens do not feature a dishwasherread moreread lessCHITHRANJALI E2/12/2024They sail past coral reefs and stunning landscapes on well-maintained speedboats with skilled crews, ensuring quick journeys.
